VirtualiZarr examples

Overview

This workshop will include an explanation and exploration of VirtualiZarr 2.0.

You can find out more about VirtualiZarr on readthedocs and explore the source code on GitHub. If you’re familiar with VirtualiZarr 1.0, check out the migration guide for information about how this new release differs.

You can use the VEDA Hub to run the examples in this demo:

  • Navigate to https://hub.openveda.cloud/
  • Scroll to build your own image in the “Environment” dropdown
    • Enter for “repository”: https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/dse-virtual-zarr-workshop
    • Enter for “Git Ref” (default): HEAD
    • Click build image
  • Start a VEDA Hub with the “Build your own image option”
    • Select Resource Allocation (Default): 1.9 GB RAM, up to 3.7 CPUs
    • Click Start
  • Download the source code from GitHub:
git clone git@github.com:NASA-IMPACT/dse-virtual-zarr-workshop.git
cd dse-virtual-zarr-workshop
